A Hero Who Had A Conceal-Carry Gun Permit
August 30, 2005 |
ALBUQUERQUE (AP) - A fatal shooting at an Albuquerque Wal-Mart last week was the state’s first by someone with a concealed-carry gun permit, authorities said.
Police said Felix Vigil was attacking his ex-wife with a knife near the store’s deli counter where she worked when an armed customer intervened and shot him. The woman, Joyce Cordova, was treated for multiple stab wounds and later released from an Albuquerque hospital.
What a negative type the paper chose to use. Like most liberal newspapers they choose to make the criminal look like the victim. Wonder what the title of their article would have been if the man had left the gun concealed? “Conceal-Carry Permit Holder Allows Women To Die.”
Thank you to a hero who was willing to save a life instead of looking the other way. Meanwhile the liberals continue to ignore that the crime rate drops when owners can carry and conceal a weapon.
