EU Courts Muscles Into Brits Homes

BRUSSELS has been given the power to compel British courts to fine or imprison people for breaking EU laws, even if the Government and Parliament are opposed.

Roberts criticizes foreign law used as precedent and rightly so. With all the questions going toward Roberts wouldn’t you like to now what Chappaquiddick Kennedy thinks about the use of foreign law as precedent. It is serious trend and should be spoken about more openly and directly.
