‘Calvin and Hobbes’ creator keeps privacy

I have been an avid reader of cartoons for many years. There are those that will always be remembered as ‘favorites’. Calvin and Hobbes was definitely a top of the list cartoon which was required reading. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like we will hear much more of this great cartoon any more than we will hear of Bill Waterson, the creator who has continued to remain elusive.

Outside the Beltway expressed his fans thoughts

Truly a shame. The good news is he went out on top.

A good time to get the book of his complete comics for the Christmas season. It has been long enough now that they would be like new… with a good dose of nostalgia.
