The fast tract for the Online Freedom of Speach Act failed in the house to achieve a 2/3 majority to go to the Senate. Hopefully this will not be the end of the story. If nothing is done, political bloggers could face volumes of regulation by the FEC. Funny how democrats won’t regulate porn in any form but are adamant about speech they blame for losing the election.
