Stupid Criminal - Police Star 69

What do you do when a drunk plays a dialing game on a phone? What if he calls you leaving threatening or vulgar messages on the answering machine?
One stupid criminal did this and just happened to call a judge. The judge called the police who used that nasty *69 feature to track the man down. I imagine he will have time to sober up. (HT Bozo Criminal)
