Girls from the Al Abed elementary school stand in line impatiently wait for a surprise visit from the 401st Civil Affairs Battalion Civil Affairs Team Alpha 4013 Feb 14 Mosul, Iraq.

The civil affairs team brought school supplies given to the kids from Operation Iraqi Children. Each kid was given a set of notebooks, folders, pencils, crayons, and variety of other school supplies.
