STICKY POST: Searching For A Better Template - Need Your Feedback

You may see several templates until changes are finished.
I had everything set. But as traffic increased I noticed trouble with the other template column loading funny for those using IE. Also I was interested in something different and perhaps wider. So I found Revved Up Theme.
Let me know if you like it or not. This will be a sticky post for a few days. Open comment. How does it work… look or whatever about the site’s look.

It is a very nice improvement over what you had (I’m considering something similar).
I think it was pretty busted up last night, but looks good now.

Thanks for visiting Ramblings of Silver Blue.
You can get the archives page to work by going to where you enter your posts — move over three or four options on the top row to “Options”. Click it, then click Permalinks. Then click “custom” — it will drop your current permalink structure in place. Edit by placing “/archives/” before the permalink structure. Click update, and all should work properly.

I’m running WP 2.0.1, and found that when I was trying to run the older version of the template (versions prior to 1.3 required a plugin) I would contantly get the “Direct access to this page is not allowed” where the web server was not sending the right code to the directoryindex.php file (you’ll find the error listed there inside the file, and can change the wording to whatever you like, which is how I found it wasn’t my webhost after all). Try downloading 1.3 from Rudd-O’s site (snapshot 1 and 2 were older versions that gave me fits, and 1.3.2, which cleans up some code, caused the sidebars to not pay nice when I tried it earlier today.
