Jihadists Fear Truth - Listen to “Another One Bites The Dust”

Posted by Conservative Culture On March - 13 - 2006

We knew it was hot stuff when the video came out. Now the stakes are just a bit higher as everyone knew they would be.

Dr. Wafa Sultan, and American psychiatrist created an storm when she spoke freely and openly against radical Jihadists. Now she is in danger. These clerics who think they are in charge are only there because of fear and violence.

She is a fresh voice in the debate. One brief excerpt.

Wafa Sultan: Murder is terrorism regardless of time or place, but when it is committed as a decree from Allah, this is another matter…

The Crusader wars about which the professor is talking ??? these wars came after the Islamic religious teachings, and as a response to these teachings. This is the law of action and reaction. The Islamic religious teachings have incited to the rejection of the other, to the denial of the other, and to the killing of the other. Have they not incited to the killing of Jews and Christians? If we had heard that a tribe in a distant corner of China has a holy book and religious teachings calling to kill Muslims ??? would the Muslims stand idly by in the face of such teachings?

A security collection is being taken spurred on by Atlas Shrugs and others of her friends.

Perhaps some moderate group would issue a Fatwa against the Jihadists Fatwa to counter the Wafa Fatwa.

Chavez Uses Religion - Latinos Turn To Islam

Posted by Conservative Culture On March - 13 - 2006

Atlas Shrugs pegs Chavez correctly as a sheer megalomaniac madman. It isn’t just about changing flags. It is about power, control and manipulation to stay there.

VenezuelandAnalysis.com is right that Chevez doesn’t run an Islamic country. Yet they cite the following as what might be taken as proof that he runs a Christian - Socialists country.

Venezuela is obviously not an Islamic country and its President, Hugo Chavez is not a Muslim. More famous for calling himself a Socialist, Chavez is a very Christian man and has put Christianity at the centre of his politics.

Posters for Chavez???s government with ???Christianity and Socialism??? written on them are everywhere in Venezuela. Combining these two philosophies the President has gone as far as saying, ???Jesus was the first socialist, and Judas the first capitalist.???

Despite the heavy criticism toward Pat Robertson, they cite Robertson’s concerns about the nation.

Pat Robertson, the US Christian evangelist and associate of George W. Bush said Chavez???s Venezuela is a launching pad for, ???Muslim extremism all over the continent.??? Robertson also claimed, without evidence, that Chavez sent money to Osama Bin Laden.

The concerns are legitimate. The Muslims are actively courting the Latinos community. Chavez only uses Christianity for his ends. The fact that the name of Christian is on the sign is meaningless. If it suits his purpose and enough of his nation was Islam, he would repaint the signs in an instant.

Even if he doesn’t change the religion he uses to control the people, he still has that very quality in common with the radical Jihadists. Now if only I could find the link with this to Cindy Sheehan.

Blood Red Rain and The Coming Appocolypse

Posted by Conservative Culture On March - 13 - 2006

How many people have quipped fun at the passages of the Bible as being too fantastic to have ever occurred? Then I start reading It’s Raining (Little Green) Men. Of course I’m curious. I do a little more quick research and find all sorts of document ‘weird’ events. So stroll along for a moment.

In the Old Testament it talks about quail being brought in by the winds for the Israelites.

Now a wind went out from the LORD and drove quail in from the sea. It brought them down all around the camp to about three feet above the ground, as far as a day???s walk in any direction. - Num. 11:31

The people in this shower didn’t receive a meal but rather it was decimated prior to arrival.

J. Hudson’s farm in Los Nietos Township, California endured a rain of flesh and blood for three minutes in 1869. The grisly fall covered several acres.

Don’t like bird under glass? How about flowers and crabs?

In 1881, a thunderstorm in Worcester, England, brought down tons of periwinkles and hermit crabs.

What started this was of course the 2001 blood red rain that fell over the Kerala district of western India. Samples gathered by one scientist reveal it was like cells without DNA. Of course there has been no completely satisfactory answer to all of this. Some speculate microbes from an meteor and others think the answer is like to be more earth based.

The plagues and events listed in the Old Testament differ from these unusual and odd events in one way. They were both useful and ‘co-ordinated’ to happen at the right time. Seems like as much as we think we know the more we find we really don’t know.

On last thought. It may raise the issue of possibility in some minds when you read lines like this.

The first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down upon the earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.

Well, keep looking up. You never know what you will see.
