First Game of the Season - Not always pretty

Came away from my first game of the year. Several games were canceled last week. Now I wish they had been able to be played. It was a college varsity game. First game was fine… being on bases there were a few bang bang plays. Next game behind the plate started alright. But it was far from my best performance. Thankfully it is preseason. This is only the second year at the college level and not a great preview for the coaches who were in attendance. Thankfully it isn’t normal and the rest of the season will be smoother.

I tried to think of something from the game that might be a trivia question for those that read the blog. How about this?

Q: What difference is there between high school and college in regards to a ‘balk’.
