Traitor on the High Court

Whose laws really govern our lives? On what basis will the Supreme Court rule in regards to the law? Apparently it isn’t the Constitution. Shame on the liberal judges who have dismantled the American system of a Constitutional Republic!
At least it is in the open now. But it will take much more than that. The debate needs to happen and soon. Just listen to these words given by Ginsburg in her speech “A Decent Respect for the Opinions of [Human]kind.” (Hat tip to Michelle Malkin)
Even more so than when the United States was a new nation, the USA today, no less than South Africa, is subject to the scrutiny of “a candid World….
[Justice O'Connor, although she dissented from the Court's categorical ruling in Roper, agreed with the Court on the relevance of "foreign and international law to [an] assessment of evolving standards of decency.” The other dissenters, for whom Justice Scalia spoke, vigorously contended that foreign and international law have no place in determining what punishments are “cruel and unusual” within the meaning of the U.S. Constitution’s Eighth Amendment.].”
Speaking of O’Connor, thankfully she is off the court now as well. However, I would prefer her verses Ginsburg. Then again California Conservative puts it this way about her.
O???Connor doesn???t even rail against the justices who rationalize their rulings by citing foreign rulings. As I???ve said before, it???s one thing for a politician to consider foreign statutes if that politician thinks it makes sense. A justice, however, is supposed to pay attention to the laws on the books, the Constitution and its amendments and any relevant treaties that have been signed and ratified.
In an ideal situation we would have all conservative judges who are strict constructionists with one Ginsburg. Why keep her? So that the other justices and the public are constantly reminded of just how dangerous to the Constitution her philosophy is. Let her rant and rave in the minority.

Ginsberg Out of Hibernation
This “common denominator” is nothing more than an endorsement of humanism as a world religion and an attempt to pass our Supreme Court as a pawn in global government.

[...] Looking for some way off place to get away from it all? Perhaps the wonderful land of the Netherworld Netherlands! The paradise of Liberals here in America including Justice Ginsburg. But there is just one small detail. You have to watch a video prior to being accepted in the latest ‘integration test’. [...]
