RHINO Gov. Taft comes out of the closet

Be still my heart. Something we all knew in our hearts and minds but dare we speak it. The fact that Gov. Taft talked like a Republican but danced like a democrat. Then he spoke those words. They brought laughter to the crowds and an awakening ear from the Republicans. Taft wasn’t ready to switch parties yet.

Governor Bob Taft was there and presented some sort of award to Gilligan. In his remarks he said to the overwhelmingly Democratic crowd, ???Don???t get excited, I???m not switching parties.??? [Respectful laughter.]???But if Ken Blackwell wins, I might reconsider.???

Politically that would be the most beneficial move for the Republican party in Ohio. So I say swing the door wide and step out Gov. Taft into the bold new future. Make the switch now and shout it to the world.

Ok… won’t happen but it would be o so sweet.

Dude, I like Billy Joel too. But how are the Right Brothers gonna be when Joel sues them for ripping off “We Didn’t Start the Fire?”

Love the oxymoronic blog name, btw.
