Planned Parent “Hood” Ordered to release records
The ACLU can’t stand it. Planned Parent “Hood” is fearful of being exposed.
A judge ordered the Cincinnati Planned Parenthood Clinic on Wednesday to turn over all records for abortion patients under 18 to the lawyers for the family of a teen who had an abortion at the clinic.
Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Patrick Dinkelacker’s decision is believed to be only the second time a Planned Parenthood clinic has been ordered to make records available, and the first time during a civil case.
Attorney Brian Hurley, who represents the family, said the information is needed to determine whether the abortion given to his client without parental consent is an isolated issue or a pattern of activity. He said the patients’ names will be blacked out on their records.
Sure, the records are private records. But all private information is removed. That isn’t the issue though the thugs at Planned Parent “Hood” would like the MSM to declare it so. What is at issue is the pattern of harm to young people this organization has committed against America’s Youth. A pattern the organization doesn’t want the public to see. At least one family is trying to make a difference. But it still is under appeal and could take some time.
In the meantime planned parent ‘hood” wants to kill babies without the knowledge or consent of the parents. They don’t want to tell the truth about the harm abortion does to the mother either.
The Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office investigated whether Planned Parenthood had broken any laws. Prosecutor Joe Deters said in June 2005 he would not file criminal charges.
An investigation by Deters’ staff found the girl gave the clinic the telephone number of her 21-year-old boyfriend instead of the phone number to her parents.
A law passed by the Ohio Legislature in 1998 goes a step beyond notification, requiring parents to give written consent before an abortion is performed. Because of appeals the law didn’t go into effect until February.
It appears that the “hood” has many friends in high places and continues to undermine families. Has this been their intent all along? Sure it has. Why do you think they have as a part of their name… “Planned”.

I thought under the statutory parental consent laws, they couldn’t do abortions on girls under 18 without parental consent.

personally i think that it is the girls/womens choice to decide for them selfs weather or not this is right for them and everyone else should butt out. It is hard enough to deal with the fact and dont need other people talking down to them, because everyone saying something nagative i garrented has promitted atleast a few sins today and A SIN IS A SIN WEATHER ITS AN ABORTION OR SPREADING RUMORS AND JUDGING PEOPLE
