The ACLU things laws restricting the rights of sex offenders is unconstitutional and inhibit their ability to work, vote and worship.
The ACLU of Indiana filed the suit challenging a new city ordinance that fines child molesters caught near city playgrounds or other gathering spots for children.
Calling the ordinance passed in mid-May unconstitutionally vague, the group said it would make law-abiding citizens unwitting violators of the ordinance and hinder their ability to work, vote and worship.
The ordinance prohibits sex offenders convicted of crimes against children from coming within 1,000 feet of playgrounds, recreation centers, swimming pools, sports fields or facilities when children are around.
They pit this as a battle between the right to protect children and the ‘offender’s right’ to move freely about. Perhaps one should remember that they should have forfeited their right to even exist. Lets make this really easy on everyone. Perhaps a new set of procedures to remove any threats.
1. First offense against a child: Sentence them to jail for a long time.
2. On their release they must always wear bright yellow vest or shirt at all times. No escort is needed because everyone knows that the threat is present. Break this agreement and they would be sentenced for a second time for attempting direct contact with children.
3. Second offense against a child: Having been warned about the process… another violation would bring about the death penalty for violating children.
Problem solved.
The ACLU’s for the perps who are sick beyond recall?
The group represented inmates in a class-action lawsuit that said a state prison policy prohibiting visitation between child sex offenders and minors violated the U.S. Constitution. This week, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear a challenge to that policy.
People can make choices with this method. With the ACLU… well, let’s put it this way. They only enable that there be more victims.

This is one of the most clever, yet disturbing, post titles I’ve seen in awhile.

Nah, the Jailtime thing is merely “poofed up” to seem like it’s such a bad deal. Jail in America is often seen as the Taj Mahal to most 3rd world country offenders who come to America. In jail, you have no worries, other than homosexual interactivity and social status. Pretty posh, if you ask me(forgive the butchery of English by using a british word). The initial offense should come with a brand, much like a cow recieves, on a visible part of their body, such as the left side of their neck or the back of their hand(for example). After that rather noticeable mark has been put on them, the penalty for associating with him in a conspiracy to commit pedophilia is a brand of a slightly different design, but similar weight. The one with the brand will be found guilty or innocent. If guilty, immediate PUBLIC execution. Excellent deterrents.
