The New Civil Rights - Blackwell

The new civil rights movement might see its direction given by Ohio’s gubernatorial candidate Ken Blackwell. The cry once given by Martin Luther King Jr. might now come from the Conservative wing headed by Blackwell.
What are the civil rights of the new movement?
1. Freedom of the people from larger government.
2. Freedom of the people from enslavement of higher government taxes.
3. The right of people of faith to have equal access and voice in government. A group being repressed by the leftists in government.
Yes. Freedom has a new face. A face which supports freedom for people of all colors. A good reason that conservatives in churches have endorsed Blackwell.
In thanking the ministers, Blackwell repeated his calls for bringing a religious focus into government, but he pledged to support people of all faiths.
The clergymen said Strickland favors abortion rights and has voted in Congress against public displays of the Ten Commandments and keeping the phrase “under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Strickland said he has repeatedly voted in favor of keeping “under God” in the pledge. He said his Ten Commandments vote came on a measure specific to a Georgia case, not on the issue as whole.
The opponent in the race opposes these freedoms. In fact one would say he has been consistently for enslavement of a people meant to be free. It is imperative that this generation rise up and oppose the enslavement. Then it is our hope we can once again cry out “FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST. THANK GOD ALMIGHTY WE ARE FREE AT LAST!”

If he could read this, MLK would be rolling over in his grave.
