“I’m Insane” but only when I murder someone

Yes. We have bought into the lie… well, several lies actually. They just build on each other until we have to swallow the whole thing in one lump.
A woman accused of killing her three young sons by tossing them into the San Francisco Bay has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity and believes her children are growing up in heaven, according to psychiatric evaluations….
At least one psychiatrist hired by her public defender already has concluded Harris was legally insane at the time of the crime and “did not understand the moral wrongfulness of her actions,” according to excerpts from a report by Dr. Jeff Gould obtained by The Associated Press.
Is that the same AP group that thinks its ok to conspire with terrorists? Why would we swallow their take on the case? Good question.
There are a number of people committed to undermining the very fabric of America. What are the lies?
1. That people can be perfectly functional, loving parents and just suddenly lose it so that they kill someone. In this case here kids. Then somehow return to normal.
In her videotaped confession to police, Harris described how she struggled with two of her boys as she stripped them and plunged them from Pier 7 in an area where tourists stroll along the waterfront. Her youngest boy laughed, thinking it was a game.
2. That a person because of this ‘momentary’ insanity they now become immune to prosecution for their crime. Even if one argues that it was due to not taking medicine… whose choice was that… what happened about maintaining the presumption that a person is personally liable for their acts that harm people.
Excuse me but isn’t anyone else a little tired of the “I’m insane but only when I murder” defense? If you aren’t… you might reconsider the next time someone yells at you “You’re driving me crazy!”

Too many psychos, too little time…
There have been some horrific news stories that I couldn’t believe.
This is the first one that drew my attention this week.
We’re assuming the woman in this photo is the victim. The victim was dragged behind a truck for over a mile, leavi…

Thank you for your comments.
My mother was killed in 2002 by Daniel Hawke Fears. He killed 2 people, shot 8 others, traveled 20 miles to a roadblock, ran off the road, threw his hands up and surrendered. He then told the highway patrol that “Aliens” were controlling his brain.
He was convicted by a jury to 2 life without parole sentences, many other life sentences + 120 years. The liberal Oklahoma Criminal Court of Appeals reversed the verdicts - bypassed the jury and inserted their own opinion. They said that not enough evidence was presented to prove him sane at the time. I attended the 2 week trial and this was simply not the case. They sent him to a mental institution last week.
In Oklahoma (liberal state) Title 43A laws that govern the mental health system are too loose. We have discovered that he can bypass the court and get what is essentially a “pass” to visit “willing family members or friends” unsupervised. If he stays “clean” (no new incidents) for 12 months, he will go free.
We are sickened by the fact that he can get out so easily. He was never insane in the first place, just a mean punk. Our group, http://www.unitedvictims.com is working on a campaign to change the laws and tighten-up the system for mass killers (he’s no longer a murderer - in fact he has a clean record as of Feb 1st.) He is now a patient or what Oklahoma calls “a consumer”. We can’t even find out when he gets out for 48 hours after the release.
Please help us change the law! Talk to everyone you can. Thanks, Roger Nix
