Another Hate Crime - Girl Recovering

This is an easy one to say… yeah charge the idiots with hate crimes. A mother, daughter shouting “white power” on the steps of what looks like an apartment building. A 13 year old girl shouts “native power”. What will the mother and daughter do? They beat her up. The mother and daughter are the ugly creeps of the world who love to be bullies and deserve what the law requires.

However I just keep thinking about that “equal protection” under the law principle. So if someone yelling “gay power” and a girl shouts “straight power” and then the “gay power” people beat up the girl who is tried for hate crimes?

[kxly.com] LEWISTON — A 13-year-old Native American girl is recovering from wounds she received in an alleged hate crime attack. It happened last week at an apartment complex in Lewiston.

A woman and her daughter were allegedly shouting “white power.” Police say the girl responded by saying “Native pride” and was then beaten up by the women.

“Basically they had confronted her, they struck her with closed fists, knocked her to the ground and kicked her,” Lewiston Police Lt. Tom Greene said.

Police reports show they kicked and punched the girl, even tearing her shirt off and stealing her purse.

“It’s a horrendous situation and we’re not going to tolerate this at all.
