Chinese police love tearing down churches. Here is video of the police surrounding the building and then destroying it. This was smuggled out at great risk. It is in four parts.

The Destruction of Tu Du Sha Church
June 26, 2003 Shocking video of an unregistered Chinese church being destroyed has been smuggled out of China and received by The Voice of the Martyrs.

The Tu Du Sha Church at Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province was bulldozed to the ground last June 26. The church was started around 1930 by Hudson Taylor’s group, China Inland Mission, and had grown in size to a weekly attendance of 1,500 members.

Police first arrived before 4:00 a.m. expecting the church to be empty. Instead, they found 300 believers gathered for prayer. The police left, but returned just before 8:00 a.m. with 200 military policemen and more than 40 vehicles. In spite of the protests of church members, the church was completely destroyed. A Chinese Christian covertly videotaped the entire scene, and the video was smuggled out of the country.

“In our 36 years of ministry, we’ve never had a video tape like this,” said Tom White, VOM’s USA Director. “This tape shows how the Chinese government treats Christian groups that refuse to register.”

The religion of peace strikes again. But it’s ok because it was only Christians they attacked. We all know how dangerous they have been in the USA. Those intolerant trouble makers always telling people about forgiveness of sins… oh excuse me. Can’t use that word. The PC police are looking over my shoulder.

[World Net Daily] Muslim militants in eastern Indonesia burned down several hundred homes in an overnight attack on a mainly Christian area where 26 people were killed in three days of fighting.

The attacks on Christians in Maluku province, once known as the Spice Islands, continues with no end in sight, according to the Washington, D.C.-based human rights group International Christian Concern.

On Monday, several hundred homes of Christians were burned down in the Tanah Lapang Kecil and Batugantung neighborhoods of Ambon, the provincial capital.

The attack began at about 3 a.m. and continued into the afternoon hours until all of the homes were destroyed, ICC said.

According to news reports, government buildings have been abandoned and taken over by unidentified snipers using the rooftops to scout victims, including several policemen who have been killed in the past few days.

Maluku, which has been about half Christian and half Muslim, came under attack between 1999 and 2002 from a radical Islamic group called Laskar Jihad, or Army of Holy Warriors, which aimed to make Indonesia an Islamic state.

A district policy overturns the second amendment all for the myth of a gun free school zone.

PORTLAND, Oregon (Reuters) - An Oregon high school English teacher will not be allowed to carry her gun to school, a state circuit court ruled on Friday in a decision closely watched by both sides of the gun debate.

Shirley Katz, who has a legal permit to carry a concealed handgun, argued she needed the Glock semi-automatic pistol to protect herself from her ex-husband. She sued the school district when it told her carrying a gun was against a district policy prohibiting guns.

Circuit Judge G. Philip Arnold agreed with the district, saying “The District has a right to enforce this policy.” he noted that employees “accept their jobs subject to, and knowing, the policy.”

“We are pleased,” said Dr. Phil Long, superintendent of the Medford School District. “This case was a distraction from our real mission, which is educating children.”

The teacher had support from pro-gun rights groups. In light of multiple school shootings, some gun advocates have argued that teachers, and maybe even students, should be armed to prevent such tragedies in the future.
