Tough Predator Laws Endangers our

So it would seem according to the USA. Laws restricting the homeless force them to become homeless and therefore untraceable. The answer? Let them live where ever they please. Just not in prison or a permanent address in a pine box. Compassion? For the victim or for the criminal? You decide.
