Ok. I am not a great ‘Stones’ fan. Certainly they don’t represent conservative life values. But you expect that they could at least perform their classic songs with style. Instead you got a pitiful performance watching a man prance around the stage like he was on his way to the post office to pick up a social security check.
Then you find out they were mad at being censored. Shocker there. But they were mad? They should have been more upset at their performance. Who still pays to see them anyway?

Believe it or not, their 2005 summer tour was touted as having the largest gross revenue from ticket sales in US history.
From the end of their Wiki entry:
At the end of 2005, it was announced by tour producer Michael Cohl that the Stones A Bigger Bang tour had made a record-shattering $162 million since the tour opening at Fenway Park in Boston on the 21st of August. This breaks the previous North American record, held by the Stones themselves for their 1994 Voodoo Lounge tour, which grossed approximately $120 million. It should, however, be noted that the North American leg of the A Bigger Bang tour is far from finished; there are still a number of confirmed shows remaining. Also, ticket prices for the tour are rather high; they average about $200.00 USD for a single seat.
Not only do I not know who goes to see them, I don’t know who has $200 to blow on one concert. Yikes.
